Cata Softener (Cationic Softener)

Cationic softener for fabric & garment finishing process it imparts soft feel to garments & fabric.
It can apply to natural & synthetic fibres, as well as blended fibres in exhaust/padding methods.
It can be applied by itself or along with synthetic resin/ cross linked agent. Also applied on white material does not cause yellowish.
Excellent lubricated softener for Jute fibre Industries.

Application

CATA SOFTNER imparts soft and supple feel to finished material. It can be applied to natural and
synthetic fibers, as well as blended fabrics in exhaust or padding methods.
It can be applied by itself or along with synthetic resin / cross linking agent.
It may be applied on white material also as it does not cause yellowish.
It also finds application in jute industry as alubricantand softener for the jute fiber. It may be applied
by itself or in combination with jute batching oil emulsion.

Instruction For Dilution

1 kg of CATA SOFTNER is stirred with 9 kg of hot water at 90°C total to 10 kgs Stirring iscontinued until auniform paste is obtained.
