Application
MASAROL 40% is a high-performance wetting & mercerizing agent that provides fast and uniform penetration of caustic soda into cotton and polyester blend fabrics. It improves luster, strength, dye absorption, and fabric softness while ensuring low foaming during the mercerizing process.
Recommended Dosage
Caustic Soda Solution: 22.4%
Dosage: 2–4 g/L
On Cotton Knit & Hosiery:
Add 2–4 g/L MASAROL 40% to the caustic lye.
Spray evenly on the fabric during mercerization.
Wash off residual caustic before further processing.
