The goods are padded through a solution of Dyefix (DFA) at 30 the bath solution PH is adjusted to 5 using ascetic acid. For a wet pick up of 70% following liquor concentration are recommended.
3.6-6.0gm/lit. For pale shades | 7.0-14.0gm/lit. For dark shades
The goods are dried after padding.
The goods are treated for 20 min at 30°C, PH 5 with following liquor concentrations 2.5-5gm/lit. For pale/medium shades
5.0-10gm/lit. For heavy shades.
Then the goods are rinsed in color water & dried.
