Ultra Clean-X

NVC UCX is an enzyme which pushes the product performance to Company standards, it mainly removes maximum amount of dirt from the fabric by stabilizing the foam and hence increase penetration power to remove dirt. It improves/ boosts the Acid Slurry by adding NVC-UCX which can increase the power of particular detergency. Hence, it gives easy wash to all stubborn stains in clothes/laundry wash as well as sticky oil utensils substances.

Characteristics

  • Works in both Acidic (pH 2) and Alkaline (pH 14) conditions.

  • Stable up to 200°C.

  • Performs well in sunlight.

  • Mixes easily with other ingredients.

  • Effective on collar and cuff stains.

Method of Using NVC Ultra Clean-X

  • Add 0.1%–0.5% of NVC Ultra Clean-X to the total batch.

  • Mix it directly into the acid slurry.

  • Stir well until fully mixed, then continue the manufacturing process.

Dosage

  • Detergent Powder/Cake/Liquid Soap: 0.1–0.2% (100–200 g per 100 kg batch)

  • Dishwash Powder/Liquid, Scouring Bar, Floor Cleaner, Car Wash Liquid: 0.2–0.3% (200–300 g per 100 kg batch)

NVC Ultra Clean-X Dirt and stain remover for manufactures of all types of Detergent cakes, laundry detergent powder, scouring bars, Dish washing detergent cakes and liquid detergents.
